Where does your stock come from and why is it so cheap?

We have been in the industry for 10+ years now, as a result have developed plenty of fantastic contacts, both with public and businesses who year on year come back to us with more and more stock at great prices, we’re then able to pass on the amazing prices to you!

What happens if my device gets blacklisted / blocked?

We do everything we can to check the validity of our items however from time to time mobile phones do get blacklisted. In these cases we ALWAYS issue a full refund or replacement, and if we don’t have that item currently in stock… we simply replace with a newer model!

What sort of warranty do I get?

All our sealed stock comes with 12 months manufacturer warranty (Apple, Samsung etc).

All our used stock comes with 6 months P.C Revamp warranty, PC Revamp is a highly rated repair shop based at Badger Hill Shops in York, YO10 5HD.

Do you offer finance options?

No this is not currently something we offer, but watch this space!

What payment options do you accept?

All major payment types are accepted, debit cards, credit cards, bank transfer, paypal and cash on collection.

Will I receive a receipt?

Of course! All items sold by N.B Tech will have an email receipt provided, for traceability purposes all IMEI + serial numbers will be included.

What sort of checks do you do on your devices?

With our new sealed devices, we use 3 different websites prior to purchasing the stock, this covers if the device is on contract, where the device originates from and if it is currently reported blacklisted / stolen.

With our used devices, this goes through a rigorous 90 point diagnostic check on our state of the art software, checking all the major components of the phone are still in perfect working order.

Do you buy broken devices?

Yes! We buy your broken devices too, get in touch to discuss a quote.

How long does delivery take?

We always aim for next day delivery, however sometimes this may not be possible so we guarantee 1-3 working days.

How long is my trade in quote valid for?

The mobile phone market is a fast paced market, with some phones depreciating quicker than others, to keep in line with this all quotes provided are valid for 7 days only.

Can I collect my item?

Of course! Collection is our preferred method as we get to meet our customers face to face.

Collection is from Tadcaster, North Yorkshire, LS24.

Grading

We have 5 different grading categories as follows:

SEALED – box is completely sealed with all seals intact, not damaged, never opened.

NEW – box opened – item is brand new never used, box has been opened for inspection / photo purposes.

Grade A – Excellent condition, device will have 85% or over battery health

Grade B – Good condition, with a few minor scratches here and there but still perfect working order, device will have 80% or over battery health

Grade C – Poor condition, device will have heavy damage and battery health less than 80%

Mail-in’s

We accept Mail-in’s!

In fact a large % of our stock come from customer mail in’s. Customers are advised to always post via Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is the safest and quickest method of postage and will cover for any compensation / lost items if necessary.

If devices don’t meet the intended grading criteria, they will be returned to sender free of charge.
